Fan Kong then battled the Goggle V and tried to blow the Rangers away, but the heroes summoned their mechas for the first time and formed the Goggle Robo. Seashell Mozoo was revived and piloted the Fan Kong. However, enraged Fubrer Taboo launched Fan Kong, who ressurected and absorbed Seashell Mozoo. After the heroes defeated the Spotmen, they fought the Seashell Mozoo and destroyed the monster with the Goggle Victory Flash. Seashell Mozoo attacked the town with anarmy of Spotmen, but the Google V Rangers arrived and fought the villain. Hideki Kongo, the founder of the Future Science Laboratory created the team of heroes, called Goggle V to defeat the evil science empire and save the world.
